The technical assistance we offer fosters a whole school/whole child approach. By “whole school” we mean offering support to educators, administrators, support staff and volunteers to assure relational and culturally relevant content. By “whole child” we mean considering each child academically, socially and spiritually.
We also place emphasis on strong community partnerships, strengthening the school and community bond through active attention to meaningful engagement with community partners. The goal is to develop schools as true community hubs.
Strategic data collection and analysis have important roles in our professional development designs. These tools are also critical to designing appropriate evaluation tools to map challenges and successes.
